Yesterday was Creed's mission farewell. He and another young man he has grown up with are both leaving next week, so they both gave talks in church yesterday. Creed did a really good job. Today, Jed took the day off of work to go fishing with the boys for the last time.

Harvey usually has a really rough time during sacrament meeting, so when Creed told me he was nervous for his talk yesterday, I assured him that nobody would hear him anyway, over the sound of Harvey screaming. In a miracle no less significant than the parting of the Red Sea, just after the sacrament was passed, Harvey crawled under the pew to his Grandpa, put his head on his shoulder, and fell asleep.

Harvey was especially excited to see his cousins again. He and Tagg picked right back up tormenting each other, as though they had never been apart. Harvey has a lot of cousins, but Katie is his favorite. They chased each other in circles, screaming for no reason except that they like the sound of it. Good times.

I have a crazy, crazy week ahead. Horse riding lessons tomorrow, babysitting my niece today and on Friday, finish (and start) making Creed's Secret Mission Present, drag a massive pile of laundry upstairs and fold it, shop, run off copies for my party on Friday night, cook and decorate for said party, Halloween carnival, Harvey's Floor-time class on Thursday, date on Tuesday, clean the house, rake the yard, hopefully paint the hallway, but let's be realistic...

The video is Harvey "reading."

P.S. Notice that Harvey is wearing fleece footie pajamas in both pictures. Grandma bought him some more so he could have a little variety in his wardrobe. :)
